Do you stock all of the parrot and bird related items shown in your store. Generally everything you can order here is in stock. Select items are ordered on a fulfillment basis.


What is your shipping policy? At check out you are asked to pick a carrier and the type of shipping service. Shipping cost is calculated based on item weight. Occasionally, we will change the carrier but this will not cost you any more than what your total shipping cost is. If the calculated shipping is less then you will receive a refund.

Is The Pampered Parrot Secure? Yes, our site is 100% secure. All payments are processed securely (https) by our merchant Paypal. You do not have to leave the site to make a purchase, however if you feel more comfortable, you can opt to pay with the Paypal button and be redirected to Paypal, it's your choice. You do not need an account with Paypal to make a purchase. Additionally our software is managed by Shopify, a PCI compliant merchant system with SSL privileges.


Do I have to create an account to buy an item? No, we do not create a customer account. You can track your order VIA the confirmation email.


What is your return policy? Generally we only allow defective merchandise to be returned. Items that are otherwise, usually cannot be returned due to the ability to spread disease from one bird to another. We sometimes make exception to this rule. If you have a question about a return please call or contact us from the Contact page. Note: This policy does not apply to the Aviator Harness. If you buy the wrong size we will ensure that your item is replaced with the correct size at no cost to you.
