By submitting your entry you agree to the following:
All submissions must not contain profanity, political or religious views, or anything deemed in bad "taste" by the Pampered Parrot Staff. All entries must be submitted by July 31st., 2010. Entries submitted after July 31st., 2010 will be ineligible. Once all entries have been submitted, The Pampered Parrot staff will pick ten of their favorite entries and post them on our website in a poll format. The general public will be allowed to vote once for their favorite entry. The winning entry will be awarded to the person with the most votes and will receive a $100.00 store credit good for any merchandise advertised at our online store.
The contest starts May 23, 2010 and ends July 31, 2010. All submissions are due by July 31, 2010 at 11:45 PM EST. Only one submission per household/and or per person.
Once the staff has chosen the top ten entries they will be posted for voting on or before August 9, 2010. Voting will continue until August 31, 2010. The winning entry will have more votes than the other entries. If there is a tie, the prize will be awarded 50/50.
You agree not to hold us responsible for errors in voting and tabulation. This is not a scientific count and should not be considered so. Although we will monitor the contest to the best of our ability, we will not be held responsible for any errors. We reserve the right to cancel or end the contest at any time for any reason without notifying the contestants. We reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason without notice to the participant. Anyone found to be manipulating the results will have their submission rejected at any time during the contest. This contest is open to U.S. citizens residing in the United States. We may at any time change the contest terms without notification to the participants. Winners will be notified by U.S. mail and by electronic mail. The winner(s) and non-winner(s) also agree that the winning and non-winning entries become the sole property of The Pampered Parrot and that the"winner" forfeits any claim of ownership or royalties gained by The Pampered Parrot or it's officers.
